1-Year Limited Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

If you believe your item has a defect covered under this warranty, please contact us at kathemeraconcept@gmail.com or leave a message in the website chat, and include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the item and, if it's covered, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge.

Our warranty does not cover:

How to File a Warranty Claim:

To request service under warranty:

  3. If accepted, we will provide instructions for sending your item back to us.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your piece, we will repair or replace it and ship it back to you at no charge.
