Returns and exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.


How to Make a Return:

• Go to the Returns section in the main menu, and enter your order number and email or phone number.
• In your order history, select the order and the items you wish to return or exchange, then follow the four simple steps to complete and submit your request.
• Once your request is approved, you’ll receive email updates with return shipping instructions.

After approval, you have up to 7 days to ship the items back.


How to Request a Cancellation:

Please request a cancellation within 4 hours of purchase.

What Items Are Returnable?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Made-to-order items
• Custom or personalized orders
• Gift cards
• Sale items, sample sale items, and all FINAL SALE items


Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and any complimentary gift with purchase.
Please avoid using envelopes, as they may damage the item. Damaged items cannot be accepted.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return label is provided by us, its cost will be deducted from your refund.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.

We reserve the right to decline exchanges if we believe the items have been used or damaged.


Return Shipping Options:

You can return items using either of these two options:

  1. Ship with a return label provided by us:
    – Includes insurance and signature confirmation
    – The cost will be deducted from your refund

  2. Ship on your own:
    – Use a trackable service, purchase insurance, and request signature confirmation
    – We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns
    – Be sure to insure the package for the item’s full value


Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your package is lost or stolen, please collect any available evidence and contact us right away at:

All of our packages are insured and require a signature. If needed, we will open a claim with the carrier.


Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and begin processing your refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Return label costs (if provided by us) will be deducted from your refund total.

If your return does not meet our guidelines, we reserve the right to decline the refund.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We’ll provide a free return label and send a replacement within 7 business days after receiving the defective item.
